These comments were obtained through a variety of means, including email and written letters and can be found in the publication PR Newswire. Some of those comments are listed below.


One comment from a prison official stated that while listening to an inmates phone call, the official obtained vital information about a particular inmates crime and it would prove to be vital in solving the case.

Another statement from an official described how information resulting from several phone calls led officials to an arrest of a guard for smuggling in contraband to the jail.

And yet another letter explained how listening to inmates phone calls resulted in many infractions, including the unlawful possession of a cellular device, inmate drug and alcohol use, inmates selling drugs inside the facility and many violent threats.
